A small firm trading
its own capital.
Hidden Lattice Capital is a proprietary trading firm. We trade from London, through a company registered in Cyprus.
Who runs the firm
One founder came up in crypto, the other in traditional markets. Frontier assets need both.
Nick Evangelatos
Nick traded digital assets on an institutional OTC desk, quoting blocks and providing liquidity to trading firms and other institutional counterparties. He has worked in crypto markets through several cycles.
LINKEDIN →Brad Howell
Brad has traded for more than a decade, starting in fixed-income derivatives and going on to run a London trading business. He brings the pricing discipline and risk framework of mature markets.
LINKEDIN →Why "Hidden Lattice"
A market looks like a price. Underneath it is a lattice — venues, counterparties, contracts and collateral, connected in ways no single screen shows. In mature markets that structure is mapped and priced. In frontier markets it is still hidden.
Finding it is the work. We map how a market actually clears before it has screens, and we price what the map shows. The mark says the same thing: a lattice inside the ring, with the centre filled in.
Three desks on one balance sheet: digital assets, frontier assets, and futures and rates.
We trade the firm's own balance sheet. Every position is ours.
Risk comes first
We trade our own capital, so the downside is ours. Limits are set independently of the desks. Every strategy can be switched off quickly, and drawdown lines are agreed in advance.
Positions are marked daily and measured against the market, not against a narrative.
Fewer people with real ownership. No layers between an idea and the person who approves it.
Every loss is reviewed until we can explain it. An unexplained loss is the one that repeats.
We do not take trades, hires or markets we would not want in ten years.
